Cliff Farm Livery Yard Facilities Stables Cliff Farm Livery stabling comprises 19 indoor partitioned stables and a block of four outdoor stables with a covered yard area. A concrete wash pad is situated outside the horse barn. Tack and Storage We have a secure tack room which contains saddle racks and bridle pegs provided for each horse as well as a small locker box for other riding equipment such as boots, lunging equipment and spare tack. Each stable is allocated a horizontal rug rack for indoor rugs and a vertical rack for outdoor rugs. Separate storage for feed bins and general equipment is also available. Paddocks The grazing consists of individually fenced paddocks of one acre with specialist horse fencing around the perimeter for your horse's safety. The internal fences between paddocks are wooden posts with thick electric rope. Each DIY livery is allocated their own field. Full and part livery clients may choose between group of individual turnout, subject to availability. Riding Facilities Our livery packages include the use of all the facilities at Cliff Farm Livery including our 20m x 60m floodlit sand and rubber outdoor arena with mirrors, our jumping paddock and a large selection of showjumps, including fillers. Following harvest there may be temporary access to stubble fields on site. Extensive hacking is available all year round on roads and tracks in the surrounding area. Kitchen and Rest Room Many of our livery clients at Cliff Farm Livery are students or employed full time, so for your convenience our livery yard has a spacious car parking area adjacent to our stabling as well as a warm, dry comfort cabin which includes kitchen facilities – with hot water, kettle, fridge, and seating - and toilet.
